CSF’s 20th anniversary was covered in a news story on redefinED, a website run by Step Up for Students, which administers tax credit scholarships in Florida. Step Up for Students grew out of Children’s Scholarship Fund of Tampa Bay, a CSF partner program founded by John Kirtley in 1998.
