CSF National Partners

In addition to directly providing privately-funded scholarships in New York and several other states and managing statewide school choice programs in New Hampshire, CSF provides matching grants for scholarships and program support to its growing network of partner programs across the country, which offer scholarships and, in some cases, run education tax credit and education savings account programs.
CSF Partner Program Models
Programs operating under CSF’s 501c3: CSF New York, CSF New Hampshire, and CSF Massachusetts operate under CSF’s 501c3.
Stand-alone 501c3 organizations: The majority of CSF partner programs are scholarship-granting organizations operating under their own governing boards. They receive grants and other support from CSF, and receive additional resources through being part of the CSF network of programs nationwide.
Programs within existing 501c3 organizations: Some CSF partners operate scholarship programs under an umbrella or parent organization in their state. For example, in Oregon, CSF-Oregon is a program of the Cascade Policy Institute, Oregon’s State Policy Network affiliate.
Network Resources
CSF convenes its partner programs regularly for updates on all aspects of education freedom and nonprofit management, and offers the opportunity for these independent scholarship-granting organizations to learn from one another. In addition, CSF regularly provides guidance and shares its expertise with private organizations and state government agencies involved in expanding education freedom.
