Louisiana
Louisiana Scholarship Program
Provides scholarships to low-income students who are entering Kindergarten or attend a public school with a C, D, or F grade.
Louisiana Tuition Donation Rebate Program
Provides scholarships to students with a family income that does not exceed 250% of the federal poverty line. To be eligible, children must be entering Kindergarten or must already be enrolled in a Louisiana public school.
School Choice Program for Certain Students with Exceptionalities
Provides scholarships to students who have an Individualized Education Program and are in need of special needs services. Students must reside in Caddo, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Lafayette, Orleans, or St. Tammany Parishes.

Provides scholarships to low-income African American students in grades Pre-K-12 in the Baltimore metropolitan area to attend a participating school.
Knott Scholarship Funds
Awards scholarships to academically talented Catholic students who wish to continue their education in a Catholic school within certain areas of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. On the elementary level, these scholarships are awarded for full tuition in grades five through eight at a Catholic elementary school. Secondary scholarships pay full tuition at a Catholic high school, and college scholarships are available to the three Catholic colleges in Maryland.
